10/13/2021 – Work begins on TERRAZAS DEL OLIVAR II development
Grupo Inmobiliario Gomendio, in collaboration with Sun Golf Villas, has begun work on the Terrazas del Olivar II development, following the great success of its commercialization. It consists of 79 homes from 2 to 4 bedrooms with large terraces or gardens, as well as a swimming pool and paddle tennis court. Delivery is scheduled for September 2023.
