04/08/2023 – Groundbreaking of the first phase of VALONIA RESORT

Gomendio Constructores has started work on the first phase of the VALONIA RESORT development, developed by Grupo Inmobiliario Gomendio in Señorío de Punta Prima (Alicante). It consists of 60 homes with 2 and 3 bedrooms, in a modern building designed by GEA Architects. It will have parking spaces and storage rooms, as well as a concierge, children’s play area, gym, paddle tennis court, infinity pool, swimming pool and children’s pool with large landscaped green areas.
